HEROES 50/50 Raffle
- We are holding two special 50/50 raffles for the HEROES campaign that will be drawn on March 30, the last day of the campaign. One raffle has $5 tickets, and the other $20 tickets. First prize for each is 30%, second prize is 20% and the chapter receives the other 50%. We have already obtained the license and will have the ticket books printed up for you.
- This is an excellent way to supplement other fundraising efforts, such as selling the tickets in your place of business, to your fellow churchgoers, or at a spaghetti dinner. If you raise $800 at your HEROES event and another $200 in 50/50 ticket sales, you've made it!
- You can also sell your tickets online by putting a link on your web page or sending an e-mail to your address book. Every HERO will have a special web page on our website (www.tricountyheroes.com) with a link to its own online secure 50/50 ticket purchase page. You can put the link on your home page, add it to your newsletter or e-mail it to any distribution lists you have.
- Remember, though, only half the money collected counts toward the HEROES total since the other half is the prize money, so you would have to sell $2000 in tickets!
